Is Workforce a Muse alternative?
For company work, yes. Muse is built for one person’s errands and goals. A Workforce agent is a coworker your team shares. Meta has said Muse is coming to businesses but hasn’t shared details yet.
How is Workforce different from Muse?
Muse works inside one person’s accounts and is reached through its app, muse.ai, or WhatsApp. A Workforce agent has its own accounts in Slack, Teams, Google Chat, and email, its own iPhone with iMessage, and its own Mac mini. Anyone on the team can work with it.
What does getting started look like?
Tell us the role. The agent joins with its own accounts and learns from your team. We handle upkeep and upgrades.
Where is Muse still the stronger choice?
For your personal life, like booking travel, paying bills, and shopping, Muse is a good fit, and it’s free to start.
Does the agent use my accounts?
No. It has its own logins and only the access you give it. Email it sends comes from its address, not yours, and a phishing email in its inbox can’t act as you.
Does each person get their own agent?
No. One agent works for the whole team, and you can add more for other roles. Muse is one agent per person.
Is Workforce secure?
SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and GDPR. Every run is logged, and it signs in through a password manager, so secrets never reach the model. You remove its access the same way you would for anyone else.
