Every surface your team’s already on

Reach Ace the way you already reach your team.

Ace is on top of every surface — a 7 AM text, a mention in #revenue, or a comment in the margin. Not a separate chat window, and it actually gets the work done.

One-pager for the Rivera visit
InboxRivera

Need the one-pager for the Rivera visit Friday. Same shape as the Calloway one you did — I’ll mark it up.

To Bailey Wyndham, Marco Diaz

Draft is in Shared › Rivera › Visit. Same shape as the Calloway one-pager, with their Q3 numbers pulled from the CRM.

Two things need you: the discount you want to lead with, and whether Marco joins the Friday call. I left both as comments instead of guessing.

Rivera call just wrapped. They’re moving off their legacy vendor in Q3 — the security review is the real gate, and the VP wants pricing before Friday.

Marco Ellis9:15 AM

@Ace can you write this up and get it on the opportunity? I’m going straight into another call.

Aceis typing…

Done. Summary and three action items are on the Rivera opportunity: security questionnaire to Dana, pricing draft by Thursday, follow-up booked Monday.

I also moved the close date to Q3 and noted that their legacy contract ends June 30.

@Ace second paragraph is stiff. Warmer, same meaning, don’t touch comp.

VenueWe can hold Saturday, but the deposit terms changed this year.
AceUnderstood. Last year was 30% on booking. What is it now?
VenueSame 30%. The bar minimum is what moved.
AceThen let’s lock Saturday and send the revised bar line to Bailey for approval.

Onboarding, not implementation

Ace gets an invite, an account, and a login.

You add Ace to your workspace the same way you added your last hire. It accepts, signs in, and shows up in the member list. There is nothing to wire together.

1 Invite

Add ace@ to the team.

Google Workspace, Slack, CRM — whatever your team uses, from your own admin console.

Invitation

Managed by Automat

We manage Ace. You just work with it.

Every staffing firm has a team behind the placement. Ours sits behind Ace: tuning the work, handling upgrades, watching the queue, answering the pager at 2am. You read the board, hand it a handbook, and answer the one call that needs a human.

From the teams Ace works on

What it’s like to have Ace on the team.

“It's a no-brainer. You'll immediately become more productive, and Monday to Friday you won't believe how much more stuff you get done.”
“This is everything I have been promised and shown on stage for years of AI demos but never received — ’til now!”
Much better than anything I expected… arguably too good.”
“I really tried hard not to like this product, and I'm in love.”

Don’t take our word for it. Ask an AI.

FAQ

Things people ask first.

What is Ace?

Ace is an agent from Automat Workforce. It has its own computer, phone number, inbox, and logins, so you reach it the way you reach anyone else on the team. It does the work inside the tools you already use.

Who is Workforce built for?

Any team that loses its week to admin work spread across several systems. Workforce runs today at client-facing agencies, product companies, and regulated industries where the paperwork has to be right the first time.

What kind of work can Ace do?

The repetitive, multi-tool work that eats a team's week: updating records after calls, chasing vendors and documents, reconciling data between two systems, moving meetings, processing invoices and onboarding paperwork, and following up until something actually closes.

How is this different from a chatbot or an AI assistant?

Ace works inside the stack you already have. It opens the browser, signs in, clicks through the CRM, sends the email, and joins the call. What comes back is finished work sitting in your system of record.

Do we need integrations, APIs, or connectors?

No. Ace gets invited to your tools the way a new hire does, with an account, a seat, and a login. If a person can do it in a browser, Ace can do it, including the internal tools and legacy systems that never shipped an API.

How do we reach Ace?

Email, Slack, text, WhatsApp, a comment in a doc, or a phone call. Ace has a real inbox and a real number, so forwarding a thread or tagging it in a channel is the whole interface.

Who sets it up and who maintains it?

Automat does. The Workforce team onboards Ace, writes the first playbooks, and stays on for changes, upgrades, and support. Your side of it looks like managing a teammate: priorities, approvals, and feedback.

How do we stay in control of what it does?

Every run is logged with the steps Ace took and the screens it saw. You decide what needs your approval before it happens, and you can pause or redirect Ace at any point.

Is our data secure?

Ace runs in an isolated environment scoped to your organization, with SOC 2 controls, encrypted credentials, role-based access, and a full audit trail. It only holds the access you grant, and you can revoke it the way you would revoke an employee's.

How long does it take to get started?

Ace shows up in your workspace the same day you onboard them. A 14-day free trial starts on a workflow that already matters to you, end to end, so you can judge Ace on the work it finishes.
